**All sessions suit new and experienced users of the software. A short general use of the software tutorial for new users will be given at the end of each session**
Recordings of the sessions will be sent to all SMART! clients who registered (it is needed to register to each webinar separately).
What is the purpose of the support webinars, and who is it for?
The support sessions are aimed to train and inform new and experienced clients of our software's newest features and versions, so all our clients are exposed to the software best practices.
How do I log in to the webinar?
After a quick registration, a confirmation of registration to the webinar will be sent to your email. In that Email you will find the participation link which will become active on the day and time set for the webinar. Don't worry- you will also receive a reminder with that same link 1 day and 1 hour before we start. After you click that link, and a short local installation of the webinar program on your computer, the webinar should start automatically. Audio for the webinar will be streamed via your computer speakers, so make sure they're on.
The webinar isn't playing correctly on my computer. What's wrong?
Please consider using a different browser or updating your flash player. Also, make sure your speakers are turned on, and that you don't have security blocks installed on your computer.
Do i need to pay to participate in a support webinar?
All of our support sessions and efforts for clients are given as part of our on-going services. No extra fees will be charged from SMART! clients at any time for participating in support sessions.
How many sessions can I join?
As long as you are a SMART! client, you may join as many times as you'd like and we even recommend that so you are always on top of things.
