Yifat Goldberg, CEO & Board Member
Mrs. Goldberg’s experience is in planning worldwide operations, product support, standardize solutions. She has vast experience and knowledge of local regulations in Europe, USA and Africa, as well as ISOX, Global IT operations, IT policies and budget management, implementation of ITGC policies, and development.
Mrs. Goldberg was the CIO of Tambour Group Ltd, Plasson Industries, Palram Industries and serves as a director on Mego Afek Ltd.
She holds a bachelor of technology in industrial management engineering from Ort Brauda College in Israel and an MBA form Bar Ilan University in Israel.
Isaac Brauner, Chairman of the Board
Prior to his current role, Isaac served as Executive VP in a shipping company (ZIM Lines). Isaac held avast range of managerial positions worldwide in shipping and FFR companies. Isaac served as CEO and Director in the Cruise Business (Festival Cruises Worldwide).
Earned his degree in Business Admininistration in Haifa University.
Andres Hammer, Vice Chairman of Board
Andres Hammer is the CEO of Yellow Brick Capital Advisers US. Yellow Brick Group is an Investment house, headquarter in London, focusing on investing Private Equity and in mid-income residential developments in London. Mr. Hammer has extensive experience working in the FinTech and star-up scene in Latin America and the US, focusing on mobile payment and microfinance industry.
Andres is one of the founder members of Tienda Pago, a successful digital micro-lending platform start-up in South America operating in Peru, Venezuela and Mexico, and has also lead the implementation of mobile microcredit initiatives in Colombia and Ecuador.
Mr. Hammer holds a Masters in Science, Management from The London School of Economics and a B.A. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
